TROY — Rashad Dillard may look around at all that orange Saturday and think back to when he learned how to play football.
Sure, Dillard will be dressed in a Troy uniform, ready to play defensive end for the Trojans, but being in Death Valley with its iconic rock will take Dillard back to when he learned how to play football.
Steve Durham may not be there in body, but Dillard knows he’ll be there in spirit and, despite Durham’s close Clemson ties, will smile at Dillard’s success.
“I’m pretty sure he’s pulling for me,” Dillard said.
