TROY — Troy coach Neal Brown stared out with a grimace and quickly called it a “gutsy win.”
Sure, the Trojans were pleased with Thursday night’s 37-20 victory over Georgia State at Veterans Memorial Stadium, but they also left with injury questions that will haunt their weekend.
Starting quarterback Kaleb Barker and linebacker Tron Folsom went down with first-half injuries.
Though their backups stepped up, the Trojans (5-1, 3-0 Sun Belt) aren’t sure about their return.
