TROY, Alabama – The Troy football team put a bow on the opening week of fall camp with a spirited two-and-a-half hour workout on the turf inside Veterans Memorial Stadium Saturday evening.
In addition to being Troy's first practice in the stadium this camp, it also marked the first time the Trojans were in full pads. In addition to the regular staples of camp – ball security, 7-on-7, individual and team – the Trojans spent a few extra periods focusing on special teams.
Sunday marks the first off day for the Trojans before they return for a two-a-day practice schedule on Monday.
