ESPN broadcaster Scott Van Pelt made college football predictions during the "Winner$" segment of Thursday's "SportsCenter."
One of the games he discussed was the Appalachian State at Troy University football game, which is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday.
Appalachian State enters the matchup 8-2 overall and 5-1 in the Sun Belt. Troy University comes into the game 5-5 overall and 3-3 in the Sun Belt.
As of Thursday night, App. State is a 9.5-point favorite against Troy University, according to Tipico Sportsbook.
