TROY, Ala. – Former Panola College standout and Trojan newcomer Duke Deen was named an NJCAA Third Team All-American, the national organization announced last week.
"Duke is so deserving of this recognition," head coach Scott Cross said. "We watched him play almost every game through a live stream for Panola College, and we knew that Duke was the real deal."
The 5-10 guard averaged a team-best 20 points points per game while shooting 44.6 percent from the floor. The sharpshooter also shot 41.6 percent from behind the arc and 86 percent from the charity stripe.
