The Enterprise girls, behind five finishers in the top eight, scored 22 points to take the 3.1-mile event over Providence Christian, which finished second with 61 points.
The Eagles’ top three finishers stayed close to Enterprise’s top three with third, fifth and sixth place finishes, keeping PCS down only seven points (14-7), but the fourth and fifth finishers for Enterprise were seventh and eighth compared to Providence’s No. 4 and No. 5, who scored 20 and 29 points, respectively.
Dothan was a close third with 69 points. Houston Academy (111), Northview (124) and Eufaula (134) rounded out the team scoring.
