TROY, Ala. – After finishing one of the most prolific pitching careers in school history this past season, former Troy pitching ace Andrew Crane has now been enshrined among the top baseball players in Sun Belt Conference history as he officially holds the league's career earned run average record.
The record is the latest in a string of awards and honors earned by the Pascagoula, Miss. native over the past two seasons. He was the Sun Belt's 2017 Newcomer of the Year and 2018 Preseason Pitcher of the Year, plus a two-time all-conference selection and an all-conference tournament team pick.
