Coastal Carolina starting quarterback Grayson McCall puked on the field then came out of the game in the third quarter against Troy University football on Thursday, Oct. 28.
McCall ran 9 yards to the Troy 24-yard line, and at the end of the play, McCall puked on the field.
A teammate then tried to help McCall to the sideline, and he collapsed to sit on the field near the sideline as CCU took a timeout.
McCall came out of the game with 8:44 left in the third quarter. Coastal Carolina led 21-14 at the time he came out of the game.
