TROY, Ala. – Troy sophomore Carles Anton has been named to the All-Sun Belt Conference Men's Tennis First Team in singles; the league office announced Wednesday afternoon. Anton finished the year with the second-best winning percentage in the league (min. 11 results) to bring his second straight All-Sun Belt honor.
"Carles had an outstanding season, which started with a strong fall beating a player from LSU and continued into the spring with a win over a ranked player from Miami," head coach Rolando Vargas said. "He played at a high level in the spring and has been consistent throughout the season.
