SUGAR GROVE, Illinois – Cam Norman capped the best individual performance in Troy's Division I men's golf history as he tied for 23rd place at the NCAA Championship after shooting a 1-over 289 at Rich Harvest Farms. Noman shot a 2-over 74 in Monday's final round as one of just nine individuals to make the cut for the final 18 holes.
The senior from Greenville, Ala., entered the NCAA Championship ranked 316th nationally and finished as one of just nine golfers ranked outside of the top 100 to finish in the top 23 at the championship event.
