TROY – Brandon Hall’s mind was going a mile a minute. Troy’s new defensive coordinator has new job responsibilities. He’s visiting recruits. He’s trying to interview and hire a cornerbacks coach. The traditional National Signing Day is in three weeks.
A happy birthday text from his wife, Crystal, on Tuesday morning helped to put things into perspective. He’s away from home, vainly wishing for more hours in the day and working to put a dent in his “Things-to-do” list.
“I turned 43 today and my wife texted this morning, ‘God’s blessings are all over you right now,’” Hall said.
