MOBILE, Alabama – Troy senior Hannah Day was named to the All-Sun Belt First Team and senior Kate Benton was named to the All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team, the league announced Tuesday night at the Sun Belt Conference Tournament Family Night.
Day, who was named to the All-Sun Belt First Team as an outfielder, leads the conference with 64 RBI and 119 total bases. She ranks sixth nationally in RBI and ninth in RBI per game with 1.21. Her 16 home runs lead the Trojans and ranks second in the Sun Belt. Additionally, she leads the squad with 12 doubles and is batting .
