Coming into the match, Anderson needed just 19 assists to earn the title in the rally scoring era. The junior notched 31 in three sets to etch her name into Troy's record book.
Offensively, the Trojans (13-9, 6-5 Sun Belt) were led by Ashley Guenveur, who hit at .538 en route to nine total kills.
