Gunnar Watson doubtful for return
Starting quarterback Gunnar Watson is not certain to return to the field after sustaining an upper-body injury in the last minute of the first quarter of Troy’s 36-34 loss to Georgia State two weekends ago.
“We're hopeful that Gunnar will be able to play this week,” coach Chip Lindsey said in a press conference Monday.
