Tony Pulis is facing a defensive crisis ahead of facing Tottenham, with Jonny Evans out injured and Allan Nyom yet to receive clearance from FIFA and the Cameroon FA.
Nyom's potential absence is likely to infuriate Pulis, who has been waiting more than a week for confirmation the full back can feature for West Bromwich Albion after Cameroon opted against calling him up for their Africa Cup of Nations squad.
West Brom still need the relevant paperwork given FIFA's rigid stance on players appearing for their clubs during international tournaments.

Nyom travelled to France for Cameroon's training camp ahead of last weekend's FA Cup tie against Derby to inform his country he did not wish to fly on to Gabon and head coach Hugo Broos accepted.
