Jose Mourinho has held heart-to-heart talks with Dele Alli after the midfielder’s protracted move to Paris Saint-Germain fell through.
Alli has been a peripheral figure this season and was keen on a switch to PSG - but Spurs fell short of sanctioning a loan move because they couldn’t sign a replacement.
That has left Alli facing an uncertain future - but Mourinho has revealed he held talks with his out-of-favour star on Tuesday and will give him an opportunity to revive his Tottenham career.
‘I had a good conversation with him yesterday, I think we found a very common ground.
