Was this the moment Chelsea manager Antonio Conte found out Tottenham had fought back to beat Swansea?

After seeing their lead at the top of the table cut to seven points on Saturday, everything seemed to be going right for Chelsea on Wednesday night.

The Premier League leaders were 2-1 up against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge while their nearest rivals Tottenham trailed 1-0 away at struggling Swansea.

However, Mauricio Pochettino's men staged a dramatic late comeback, equalising in the 88th minute and scoring twice more to earn a 3-1 victory.
