Victor Wanyama reportedly wants a new contract from Tottenham Hotspur amid rumours linking him with Manchester United and Liverpool.
According to the Mirror's Darren Lewis, Wanyama is wanted by both clubs as they eye midfield reinforcements this summer, and he wants a new deal at Spurs, despite having three years left on his current contract.
The 26-year-old joined Tottenham from Southampton in 2016 and has established himself among the Premier League's top enforcers.
Wanyama provides strength and physicality in the centre of the park, and he's an outstanding ball-winner too, per Squawka Football:
The Kenyan has missed much of the current campaign through injury but returned to action in January and has featured in all but one of Spurs' matches in 2018, albeit many of his outings have been from the bench as he returns to full fitness.
