The programme provides 16 to 24-year-olds from North London with the knowledge and experience needed to secure an apprenticeship or future work. Victor joined a classroom based activity and witnessed first-hand how the participants are learning vital skills to progress their careers.
The initiative has been running for the last 12 months and during this time participants have visited StubHub’s offices and gained work experience at major events, including visiting Wembley stadium to see how StubHub organised the ticketing for last week’s Anthony Joshua vs Wladimir Klitschko fight.
Upon completion of the course, members continue to receive one-to-one mentoring from the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation until a suitable apprenticeship, training scheme or employment opportunity is secured.
