UEFA has warned the officials behind the UK and Ireland's bid to host Euro 2028 that they are growing frustrated with their delay in signing off on certain guarantees.

The UK and Ireland have come together to form a joint bid for the future tournament, with Turkey their closest competitors in the race to stage it.

Though while Turkey has already agreed its guarantees ahead of the UEFA vote in September, The Times have revealed that Europe's governing body are still yet to hear back from the UK and Ireland over a number of issues.
