Tottenham have been given a huge boost in their pursuit of Keita Balde Diao, after it emerged that Juventus have pulled out of the race for his signature.
Keita has just a year left on his contract at Lazio and is a man in demand after scoring 16 goals in Serie A last season.
Juventus have been trying to agree a deal with Lazio president Claudio Lotito, while Tottenham have also been mooted as having an interest in the Senegal international.
But Lazio have held firm with their demands and Juve CEO, Giuseppe Marotta, has now confirmed that the Italian champions are no longer pursuing the 22-year-old.
