West Ham have joined the race for Tottenham target Cenk Tosun, according to Turkish reports.
The Besiktas striker who, according to Turkish-Football, will cost in excess of £17million, has been scouted by Spurs throughout the season but now West Ham are also reportedly interested.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic has the added advantage of having worked with Tosun for two seasons during his time in charge of Besiktas.
The 25-year-old scored twice in four minutes for Turkey against Finland in their World Cup qualifier last Friday, adding to his growing reputation.
Tosun would not require a work permit to play in England due to having EU citizenship and will be in high-demand around Europe once the summer window opens.
