Tottenham's Richarlison had to be substituted against his former club Everton on Saturday due to injury.
Richarlison was withdrawn in the 52nd minute because of a calf problem, with Yves Bissouma replacing him.
With the World Cup in Qatar just over a month away, Brazil will be anxiously waiting for news on Richarlison's fitness.
The 25-year-old has made 38 appearances for Brazil, during which he has scored 17 goals.
There was further frustration for Brazil on the injury front as defender Bremer suffered a hamstring problem while playing for Tottenham.
