Moussa Sissoko has admitted he needed time to adjust to life at Tottenham following his record-breaking transfer deadline day move in the summer.
The France midfielder moved to White Hart Lane for a club-record £30million from Newcastle after turning down the chance to join Everton, but he initially found himself struggling to get into the side.
Sissoko appears to now be finding his feet in north London after he backed up an impressive cameo in the defeat by Manchester United by starring in the 3-0 victory over Hull on Wednesday.
Having struggled to justify the huge outlay on him, the 27-year-old was challenged by Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino to warrant a first-team place, and the player is ready to respond to the critical assessment.
