Tottenham Hotspur defender Kevin Wimmer was delighted with his first Premier League appearance of the season, despite scoring an own goal in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Arsenal.
Before the Emirates Stadium clash, Wimmer, 23, had only featured in the EFL Cup matches against Gillingham and Liverpool this season, and last month he admitted he was "down on expectations" after finding himself frequently left out of Tottenham's matchday squads.
Spurs were winless in six matches going into the North London derby and, although they had to settle for a fourth straight league draw, they looked more likely to win the game in the second half after Harry Kane's penalty had cancelled out Wimmer's own goal.
