LONDON -- Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks has been ruled out for the rest of the season with ankle ligament damage.
Winks, 21, was stretchered off during Tottenham's 2-0 win at Burnley on Saturday after landing awkwardly on his ankle.
The midfielder underwent a scan on the injury and Tottenham confirmed on Tuesday that he will now not play again this season.
