Tottenham do not intend to sell any other first team squad players this month following the departure of Tom Carroll to Swansea City for £4m.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to hold on to his first team players and doesn't members of the squad leaving in case the group is broken up.
Pochettino's philosophy this season has been about keeping a united group of individuals and he believes that can only be maintained if nobody else leaves.
His reasoning for allowing Carroll, a creative attacking midfielder, to leave was to give him time to develop.
