Daniel Levy's decision to appoint Jose Mourinho as Tottenham boss 16 months ago could prove to be his costliest mistake to date.
Ever since Mourinho arrived in English football, the Spurs chairman long made it his mission to bring the Portuguese boss to White Hart Lane in the hope of mirroring the success he achieved at all his previous clubs.
But the Special One's tenure has turned out to be not so special so far and is now facing the prospect of being sacked after a dismal run of results.

Spurs are currently in free fall and while they are in the Carabao Cup final as well as being one of the favourites to win the Europa League, the writing appears to be on the wall for Mourinho.
