Tottenham have been informed that they will have to pay £34million if they are to sign Piero Hincapie.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Hincapie has emerged as a target for Antonio Conte during this transfer window.
As reported by The Sun, Ecuador international Hincapie would fit perfectly into Conte's plans as he is a left-sided centre-back.
