Tottenham have reportedly been left bemused by Pep Guardiola's name-checking of Daniel Levy in his railing against the authorities and 19 other Premier League clubs on Friday.
Guardiola faced the media for the first time since Manchester City were charged with 115 alleged financial breaches by the Premier League on Monday - and was in a defiant mood.
Coming out swinging, Guardiola said that City were already 'condemned' and 'sentenced' before accusing the 19 other Premier League clubs of conspiring in their downfall - naming Levy in the process.
