The top flight has been suspended since early March after mouting fears around the deadly virus, but Spurs recently returned to their Hotspur Way training facility as players began their preparations in isolation.
For now though, clubs are set to struggle during the shutdown without vital matchday venue, sponsorships and other deals, and a number of Premier League sides, including London rivals Chelsea and Arsenal, have held discussions with stars over their salaries to help ease the financial burden.
