Tottenham target Nicolas Gaitan is wanted by clubs in England and will 'undoubtedly leave' Atletico Madrid in January, according to his agent.
The midfielder is struggling to break into the first team at the Spanish club and he is desperate for more minutes ahead of next summer's World Cup in Russia.
