Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly stepping up their interest in Amadou Haidara after scouting the young midfielder in Red Bull Salzburg's 4-1 UEFA Europa League win over Lazio on Thursday evening.
Estadio Deportivo reported Tottenham were in attendance for the Europa League quarter-final second leg, and it's believed Haidara was their target after they were named on the scouting list (h/t Sport Witness).
The 20-year-old is one of the latest prospects to emerge from the Austrian outfit's ranks after moving from his native Mali in 2016, an all-rounded central midfielder who can also function out wide.
