Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly confident of signing Lucas Moura after meeting the Paris Saint-Germain winger for talks, while Inter Milan are said to be interested in Erik Lamela.
Moura has had a tour of Tottenham's training base and met chairman Daniel Levy and manager Mauricio Pochettino, who both want to bring him in, according to Marco Giacomelli at the Evening Standard.
The PSG winger is expected to cost over £20 million and is on wages of £75,000 per week, which is within Spurs' budget. He is also eligible to play in the UEFA Champions League this season.
