Tottenham star Harry Kane continues to sponsor League Two club Leyton Orient's shirts for a third season as the England captain chooses to support mental health support line Shout with 10 per cent of proceeds going to the charity

England captain and Tottenham star Harry Kane will continue sponsoring League Two club Leyton Orient's shirts for a third season.

The striker, who played his first professional game for the O's while on loan in 2011, has this year chosen to donate the front-of-shirt space to mental health support line Shout.

Ten per cent of the proceeds from shirt sales will be given to the charity by the club.

The 28-year-old has previously selected to support veterans charity Tommy Club and a thank-you message to the NHS over the past two seasons.
