Tottenham star Dele Alli admits he needs use his natural aggression to better effect: 'I've been working on it and hopefully people can see that'

Dele Alli is learning to control his aggression and wants to channel it into becoming a 20-goal-per-season player.

While the Tottenham forward vows not to eliminate that side of his game completely, after being banned for three matches by UEFA for a horror over-the-knee tackle on Gent midfielder Brecht Dejaegere in a Europa League match he is intent on channelling his on-field anger more productively.

'I've got to keep improving and learning, that's one of the things I have to learn to change,' Alli, 20, admitted.
