Hugo Lloris expects new Tottenham team-mate Moussa Sissoko to hit the ground running and add a 'powerful' attacking option to Mauricio Pochettino's side.
Spurs beat Everton to the £30million signing of Sissoko from Newcastle before Wednesday night's transfer deadline, with the French international choosing White Hart Lane due to his desire to play in the Champions League.
The lure of playing with international team-mate Lloris was also a factor in his decision, with the Tottenham goalkeeper expecting big things from a player who was inconsistent for Newcastle but performed well for his country at Euro 2016.
'He is very powerful and I think he is a different profile of player for us, so he will give us another option offensively,' Lloris told the Tottenham club website.
