Tottenham are confident of agreeing a new deal with Dele Alli, which will make him one of the club's top earners.
The White Hart Lane club have started informal discussions with Alli as they look to end growing speculation over his future.
The 21-year-old is widely recognised as one of Europe's most promising talents with Real Madrid and Paris Saint-German among his admirers. But Spurs are keen to secure Alli to an improved contract.
He currently earns in the region of £50,000-a-week but Tottenham are prepared to offer the England international a deal approaching £100,000.
