Tottenham face one of the most difficult away trips of the Premier League season on Sunday when they take on Manchester United at Old Trafford.

And Mauricio Pochettino's men have prepared for the game in the most unusual of ways.

Photos of Tottenham's training session emerged on Friday showing the likes of Dele Alli, Mousa Dembele and Christian Eriksen playing a game of dodgeball at their training base.

The Spurs squad certainly seemed to enjoy the exercise but it remains to be seen exactly how much it benefits them ahead of their highly anticipated clash against Jose Mourinho's side.
