Tottenham are aiming to shatter Premier League attendance records next season after moving a step closer to calling 90,000-capacity Wembley Stadium their temporary home.
Stadium bosses have asked Brent Council to be allowed to host Tottenham’s 2017-18 home fixtures at full capacity under the iconic arch.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side played their Champions League group-stage games at Wembley this season and more than 85,000 turned out to see them against Monaco and Bayer Leverkusen.
