Tottenham midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is edging closer to joining former side Lyon on loan after falling out of favour under Antonio Conte.
Ndombele, 25, has struggled to live up to expectations after joining the north London club for a club-record £55million from the French outfit back in 2019.
Lyon have swooped late in the window for the midfielder who had been linked with PSG, managed by former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.
Tanguy Ndombele has endured a difficult time at Tottenham and could now return to France
Initially signed by Pochettino for Tottenham, the Frenchman has appeared in just nine Premier League games this season and could now be on the move before Monday's deadline.
