Tottenham have upped the stakes in their pursuit of dynamic AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie by making a 'powerful offer' to the Italian giants.
The 25-year-old has attracted significant interest from top European clubs after he announced he will not be signing a new contract with the Rossonneri.
Barcelona were thought to be in pole position to secure Kessie's services next season but Spurs have reportedly swooped in with a large offer to Milan, according to Sport.
