Tottenham midfielder Joshua Onomah has joined Championship club Aston Villa on loan until the end of the season, and signed a new four-year contract at Spurs.
Onomah was part of England's Under-20 World Cup winning squad in June, where he played a box-to-box midfield role, and he hopes play centrally at Villa Park despite tough competition from the likes of Mile Jedinak, Henri Lansbury and Glenn Whelan.
Villa manager Steve Bruce wants extra midfield players after Jack Grealish suffered a potentially long-term injury this week.
"I can't wait to get started," he told Villa's official website.
