The golden cockerels, proudly displayed on the roof of White Hart Lane's stands, have been symbols of Tottenham Hotspur for as long as they called the stadium home.
However, as they prepare to move next door into a 60,000-seat arena, Tottenham are having to pull down their former home - including their two icons.
The cockerel was removed from the West Stand on Friday, with Spurs confirming the news through a post the official club Instagram page.
The cockerel was one of twins, with the other still atop the East Stand at the time of writing but with its time in its current home running out fast.
