Danny Rose will miss Tottenham Hotspur's final two games of the season after undergoing exploratory surgery on his left knee on Tuesday, the club have confirmed.

Left-back Rose has not featured since limping off in the goalless draw at Sunderland at the end of January and will now miss the matches against Leicester and Hull as well as a postseason friendly in Hong Kong later this month.

INJURY UPDATE: We can confirm that Danny Rose has undergone exploratory surgery on his left knee today.
