Tottenham Hotspur are weighing up a summer move for Red Ball Salzburg midfielder Amadou Haidara, according to reports.
The Sun say Spurs scouts have been impressed by Haidara, the 20-year-old midfielder, having watched his performances in this season’s Europa League - where Haidara has helped Salzburg reach the quarter-finals.
Haidara first joined Salzburg in summer 2016 from JMG Academy Bamako in his homeland of Mali, but was loaned out to Liefering for the duration of his debut season in Austria.
Since returning to Salzburg, he has established himself as a key figure in their midfield, making 41 appearances in all competitions this season.
