Tottenham Hotspur are understood to have a buy-back clause for Gareth Bale, according to reports.
Bale, the Real Madrid forward, has been linked with a summer exit from the Bernabeu following a reported falling out with Zinedine Zidane.
The 28-year-old Wales international wishes to be guaranteed first-team football, having started just 26 games in all competitions this season.
Bale’s future in Madrid was thrown further into doubt on Saturday, after he netted two goals in the Champions League final defeat of Liverpool. He came off the bench to restore Real’s lead and then extend it, securing a 3-1 win that claimed Los Blancos their 13th European Cup, and Bale’s fourth in the five years he has been a Real player.
