Celta Vigo are willing to sell Tottenham target Pape Cheikh Diop for £9m, according to reports in Spain.
Spurs have reportedly been tracking the midfielder for months and they have now made their move.
Reports over the weekend claimed Tottenham had begun formal talks for the player, although Lyon are interested too.
Diop has a £25m release-clause in his current contract but, according to Cadena Ser, he can go for just £9m.
Celta reportedly deem that good value for the 20-year-old and they will accept any offer of that amount.
