Tottenham Hotspur centre-back Davinson Sanchez has signed a new contract, the club have announced.
The Colombian centre-back, 22, has impressed in his first season with the club having joined from Ajax last summer.
His new deal will run for six years, committing him to the north London side until 2024.
Able to play in a back-three as well as a back-four, Sanchez has proved himself in the absence of Toby Alderweireld, who suffered a serious injury to his hamstring in November.
Across the campaign, he made 31 appearances in the Premier League, along with eight in the Champions League, and formed an excellent partnership with Jan Vertonghen.
