Tottenham Hotspur are 'the best coached team in the Premier League' and their manager is more valuable to them than any of their players, according to Phil Neville.
Mauricio Pochettino took charge of Spurs in 2014 and has turned them into title contenders, finishing third last season having been the closest challengers to Leicester City, and this year are second place behind Chelsea.
While their improved fortunes can also be put down to star players including Dele Alli and Harry Kane, Neville thinks the Argentine boss is their most important asset.

Speaking as a pundit on Match of the Day, Neville said: 'I absolutely love him, they are the best coached team in the league, I think they're a young team who are getting better and better.
